Can you believe we are already in the middle of June!!! Wow! where is time going?
I really realized time was flying by me when we celebrated my Nice's 1st birthday on Sunday and I could hardly believe that she is one.
My sister had done some professional photos of when Raquel was born so I thought it would be a perfect occasion to use these photos and create a little keepsake gift for her.
I had this old frame sitting in my stash waiting to be altered as well as this cute little mini album I had found at the dollar bin in Michael's. The next thought was hmmmm..... IAMROSES!!!!! he,he!! a project is never complete without flowers ;).
Below you will find the photos of the project and all the product links as well as the video giving a full description on how I created these two projects.

Saw the video and it was great. I love the simplicity of this gift. Sometimes it's hard to figure out what to do with some of those things that are put on the mini books. I love the outer look for all the cutesy stuff and the inside for just photos for those that don't scrap. I can vouch for not caring very much for them as I have a daughter who does not like it. I like that I have one who does though as it stretches my own creativity making hers.
ReplyDeleteLovely... you're right, that photo is amazing and deserved some special attention! I love seeing a simple album. Makes me see that I don't necessary have to put in secret pockets and stuff all the time!
ReplyDeleteIt's so cute!!!! I love those moments. She's going to love it! Time does fly. I was just telling my daughter that I can't believe out little Ava was 20 months yesterday. In 4 months we'll be singing happy Birthday again.
