September IAR Challenge "Halloween"

It's September and there's a new challenge over at the I Am Roses Challenge Blog.  If you want to win some beautiful flowers go check it out and create to win.

The theme for this month's challenge is "Halloween Circle Card" so I here is the project I created using the awesome Olde Curiosity Shoppe papers by Graphic 45.  Who said you can't add flowers to a creepy project!!
