Beautiful Limor!
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty design, this really reminds me of a journal cover I did not so long ago :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Georgia! I haven't seen your journal cover but will go check it out!
DeleteJust amazing Limor! Your talent is phenomenal!! This is so original & stunning - you have such a cool, totally inimitable style all of your own!
ReplyDeleteLove this Limor and I was wondering what to do to make the pages of a book more sturdy. I'm guessing you must have to rip out some pages as the embellishments make it thicker. You also answered my question on how to protect the cover of a book when using gesso. Thank you. I love the soft colors of this also. I've been scrapping for the Best Grandson Toddler in the World and find I'm leaning towards the blues but have been using some teal and turquoise also.
ReplyDeleteWell Limor this was a Great video!! Now with the encyclopedia you have loooots of pages for art journaling! Love this project so much!

I have just discovered you... and... Wow! Your work is Absolutely stunning! I am just starting to dabble in mixed media and preparing to create my first art journal. You are so inspiring! So detailed and informative especially for a beginner like me to have opportunity to watch. :) I will be viewing more of your videos and devouring your entire website. Thanks!!!
ReplyDeletePS In the video someone must have mentioned another ladies art journal because you said yes Diane Reed Lee''s journal was beautiful. I can't find that name in the search engines and I'd love to take a look at the journal y'all were talking about. :)
Hi Shawnyrvr
DeleteI think that the artist being referred to might be Dyan Reaveley (Dylan) - here is a link to her blog.

Hope that helps..

I watched your shows part 1 & 2 tonight on YouTube because my internet wasn't working properly earlier. I have always wanted to try gelatos because from what I see and keep hearing the colors are creamy, vivid and rich and they blend so beautifully. I would love to add these to my art stuff to use in my various projects
