Penny Black “How-To” Video Blog Hop






Here is a full video tutorial on my project

  81. Really love the uneven layers and lines along the big stamp flowers and clouds, like the technique to create white background using stencil for the flowers, the white finishing gave a touch to the media, amazing !!
